    Forms on are for our Fellows and other visitors to the website such as participants in the CHRO Academy. We collect contact information (such as email address, mailing address, phone number) as a resource for our Fellows and as appropriate other visitors to the website.  Users of the website may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see the choice/opt-out section below).

    From time to time, we may post online surveys asking visitors for contact information (such as email addresses). We use this data to tailor our visitors' experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.
