    The NAHR Chief People Officer Academy (CPO Academy) helps CPOs in high-growth companies learn how to deliver effective people strategy and bring better overall clarity to the organization and its mission. It is designed for the individual in the seniormost HR position in the company and participants come from organizations that are private equity owned, privately held, and/or high-growth start-up companies.

    It provides an interactive forum for the leaders of these unique organizations that are in early to mid-stage development to learn from experienced CHROs who have gone through similar experiences and to share the best practices they have experienced for their organization and their people.

    The CPO Academy allows participants to network and exchange ideas amongst themselves. Tuition: $1,000, includes seminar, food & beverage including two organized dinners. Participants book their own rooms from a NAHR room block arranged at a nearby hotel.
