The CHRO Academy is designed as a place where top HR leaders can meet and share knowledge with acclaimed human resource experts and the most distinguished and experienced human resources leaders in America -- the Fellows of the NAHR. Additionally, the CHRO Academy provides an opportunity to gain the perspective of board and CEO regarding the expectations for the CHRO.

The CHRO Academy was established by the NAHR Foundation for HR executives holding their first top HR position and those who have recently changed CHRO roles with a new employer or have a new CEO. The purpose of the program is to allow top HR executives to network with their peers and to benefit from the perspective of other senior HR leaders. Correspondingly, the CHRO Academy is designed for, and attendance is limited to, those HR executives holding the top-most HR position in the organization.
